In the Team Harmony experience, you and your team work together to produce all the components of an exciting pop video. 

It’s challenging, thoroughly enjoyable, dissolves inhibitions and strengthens the valuable components of effective teamwork.


Skills to be developed on the day:

Key skills include planning, development of interpersonal skills, technical experience, confidence-building, management skills, media experience, communication skills, team interaction, consensus-building, leadership, delegation and empathy.

Key Roles:

All roles form an integral part of the team building opportunity and combine to make a unique and highly successful team building experience.  Roles are agreed in advance to allow team-bonding and preparation work to take place prior to the main event.

Above all the event is great fun.  No-one has failed to enjoy or benefit from the experience. Strong team bonds are developed and – who knows – a star or two may well be born!

Light refreshments are provided i.e. tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits.  Catering can also be made available (agreed at time of booking).

Goals and outcomes  for the event can be set in advance.  Feedback forms are provided and these can form the basis of review and appraisal.
