Our biggest tip? Shop on eBay. They claim that if you buy new items on their site you can save on average around 25% on typical high street prices.
You thought eBay sold only second hand goods by auction? That used to be the case. Now you can buy almost anything directly without going through the auction process. Just click ‘Buy it Now’ and you’re taken to the mini-site (known as an eBay Store) of the retailer and there you can order brand new goods direct from the supplier at often huge savings.
Worried about shopping online? eBay have a very thorough feedback system so you can check precisely how well the retailer has delivered to previous customers. eBay rewards traders who treat customers well and behave ethically. Conversely, all criticisms of traders are there for you to view.
