LuLu (at Tiger Lilly) 125b George Street
Lou Lou’s describes itself thus ‘Georgian elegance meets 21st century opulence, with more than a hint of decadence. Sound-responsive disco lighting under the dancefloor, Swarovski Crystals embedded in the walls. Comfortably exclusive, but ever so slightly saucy.’. Basically if you like the crowd that frequents TL, you’ll probably love LuLu.

Why Not, 14 George Street, Edinburgh (under the Dome).
Mixed music, mixed crowd. Not always that well rated. One disgruntled recent visitor described it thus ‘Full of desperate (married, 2.4 children) women from Buckstone thinking that they’ll pull some rich guy from St Tropez’. Guess that’s ‘Why Not’?
