Clubland work it out
The workout is divided between four 15- minute sections (aerobics, dance, combat and toning), with a warm up and a cool-down section.
On the whole, this is really a high-energy workout and it looks quite challenging. 'Pump It Up' fans will recognise a lot of moves practised before (usually at a higher speed), with a couple more added. To sum it up, it has the challenging energy of the first 'Pump It Up' with the variety and easy-to-use qualities of 'Burn It, Lose It'.
If you are a beginner, this may be a bit hard, but lower intensity moves are shown as well, so you should be able to work your way through it.
This DVD is for people who are reasonably fit, like commercial dance music, want to really sweat, and are not annoyed by watching a lot of very slim dancers strut their stuff in tiny outfits!
