Do you think the supermarkets acted reasonably by ID-ing the mother and the teens or do you think this is an over-zealous interpretation of the rules?

If no-one buys wine (alcohol) for 12 year olds, how do they get it? There are reports over and over again in the press about the numbers of younger children being drunk and having problems with alcohol. And believe it or not, people under the age of 18 are allowed to be in the pub if accompanied...
