Camilla's instructions are really comprehensive.  She takes steps that are surprisingly simple and uncomplicated and turns them into a really nice aerobic workout. She is accompanied by two dancers - one working through the easier version and the other one the harder version . She also reminds us about breathing properly throughtout and I liked the fact that there were 4 different dances in 4 seperate workouts. So often workouts seem to be the same routine over and over which makes them mind-numbingly boring after a while! There was also a good warmup and cooldown.
