I have cut out excessive intake of biscuits and crisps and it really is working, i have lost a few pounds with no dieting or exercises so if you like i use to and totally ignore the calories of your snacks then stop the snacks and you will start to loose weight.  It has given me a great boost and i now want to continue it by upping exercise and eating more healthily

It is really nice to read this article. Thanks for simple way of writing and giving all the detail which need. Once again thanks. Be it the Parle G Biscuits that we have all grown up with or the bourbons that we lick only the cream off; the biscuit has long been a part of life. http://www.medimanage.com/my-diet/articles/Biscuits-are-they-really-heal...

Yeh, I used to cut out the food in between the bikkies!  Still do to a certain extent......   I find if I stop drinking (alcohol that is) that makes quite a difference.  Don't know what that says about the state of my liver tho'.  I lost a whole dress size in the summer by walking to and from work, even tho' its only about 25 mins each way.  With the dark nights I'm not so keen so am looking for a bit of exercise kit instead.  Somebody recommended a thing called a lateral thigh trainer....?  Anybody heard of that?  Won't I just end up with muscley thighs?  Whatever it is it can't take up a lot of room as my home isn't huge.  Thanks for any tips.
