Business Mentors and Coaching in Edinburgh

business mentors and coaching Edinburgh, Paul Pinson Brightspace

What do Dame Kelly Holmes, Paula Radcliffe and Tiger Woods have in common? Extraordinary talent?  Drive? Commitment?  Self-discipline?  The answer is – all of the above!

But they also have something else in common – they all have a coach.

These individuals  recognise the need for someone to support them professionally, to be a critical ally and to ensure they get the very best out of their potential.

Not Just for the Few

No doubt we’d all like to realise our own potential but – till recently – having a personal coach was the preserve of a fortunate few.  However with the growing availability of coaches in both our personal and work environments, it’s now a real possibility for many of us!

From 'Good' to 'Great'

The example of those famous sports people shows how coaching isn’t necessarily about “fixing a problem” but helping people to go from good to great, and from excellent to being a star performer. Coaching isn’t just for the high flyers. It’s becoming more and more commonplace, even in our schools!  It’s also a lot more affordable than many people realise.

Your Own Mentor

Informed Women have teamed up with Paul Pinson of Edinburgh based coaching and development company Brightspace to bring you the benefits of both personal and business coaching.

Paul is an experienced coach and mentor working across a range of businesses from the sole trader to large multinationals. From next month Paul will be contributing tips and advice for existing and aspiring businesswomen through our site on a regular basis. He’s also an expert on presentation and communication with over 20 years experience as an international theatre director. Paul’s business coaching is particularly relevant to those of us who are either changing jobs, starting businesses or in the early years of business and dealing with issues of sustainability and growth.

Paul has a significant number of female clients and uses simple processes to offer support and help you achieve the results you want in your life and work.

“As a coach Paul has given me back control of my own destiny. His sessions have given me much needed space to take stock and focus, the fire fighting has stopped and life is full of possibilities again. He encourages you to delve into the truth, banish the easy way out and get real.”

Samantha Spence, Managing Director, Eskimo Design
